voicemail not working on new iphone 14Plus

Hey there @bfreds, we understand how important it is to get voicemails, and we'll be happy to help you receive them again. 

There are a few reasons why incoming callers would get the "Your call cannot be completed" error message, so let's start by doing some basic call troubleshooting to help you recieve these calls and voicemails:

• Reboot your phone by turning it off and back on.
• Make sure your device's software is updated.
• Check if you have a wireless signal.

Those are just a few call troubleshooting methods that you can do, however another cause of this may by your voicemail. If you didn't set it up after getting your new phone, you can do so online by:

1. Pressing and holding 1 or the Voicemail key on your phone.
2. Select your language preference.
3. Create a 7 to 15 digit password.
4. Select your prefered greeting.
5. Listen to the brief voicemail tutorial.
   • If you hang up before the tutorial completes, it'll just play again the next time you check your voicemail.

You may also be prompted to enter your existing voicemaill password after step 1 in the above process, instead. If this happens, try resetting your voicemail password afterwards to troubleshoot your voicemail and set it up again.
