Visual Voicemail Not Working Iphone 13 ATT
My visual voicemail is not working. The store cannot figure out. I have an iPhone 13. I can call in and get my voicemails but they are no longer showing up as a visual VM. I tried a few "fixes" including turning off cell service and resetting the network setting but have had no luck. TIA for any assistance you can provide!

Are you receiving an error message when you try to access Visual Voicemail? Sharing this will bring us one step closer in figuring out why you're unable to use this feature.

Sorry for the delay. I tried a few things you recommended and went into the ATT store where I purchased it. The salesman/tech person tried 15 minutes to get it working and gave up. He said there should be an ATT Visual VM app for cell phones but could only find the visual VM for ATT landlines which would not solve the problem. I gave up and downloaded the visual VM app YouMail. I will probably take another look at your recommendations when I have a little more time (and a little more patience!). I appreciate your recommendations! Thank you.

Also, let me answer a few of your questions.
When I press the green icon with a phone on it, and press the "voicemail" icon in the bottom right, I get to a page that used to show my visual vm messages. It now only has one box in the middle of the page that says "Call Voicemail". When I press that it get to my audio voicemails...but again...no visual VM's
Also, I have always had the visual voicemail with my last phone (Iphone 8+) but it is gone since I moved to the iphone 13 Pro Max. I am in the same coverage area.

I have had the same issue for months I’ve called in at least 15 times and nobody can fix it. It started before I got the iPhone 13 and continues with the iPhone 13 I have some voicemails that show up on visual voicemail and the others stay on the system and I have to call my them to get them. I got a new Sim card and that didn’t help I reset the phone multiple times tried every thing they asked for and it still is not fixed.

Same issue. It *used to work. No more.
same phone (13 Pro).
ATT advanced repair tried to help - reset something - but zero success.
they indicated there are issues with the 13 Pro, which is now out nearly one year.

Have had the same issue with my wife’s last two iPhones. She’s so frustrated and ATT cannot fix it. We’ve even been told that her iPhones don’t support visual voicemail which is certainly a cop out for “I don’t have a clue”.

The trouble is, no matter what phone my wife has, it's the same thing. AT&T tells us it's an Apple thing, or her phone doesn't support visual voice mail which again is not true. I've worked with Apple engineers directly on this and every single version of iPhone supports visual voicemail. It's amazing we can't get this fixed and people at AT&T are just guessing that "it must be the phone model".

Since I wrote this question some seven months ago, there have been several comments of the same issue. Unfortunately, not one has had a solution. It is really disappointing that this is not some easy fix by either Apple or AT&T. If anyone has an answer, we are all waiting.
