UPS lost my iPhone return
I sent back my iPhone purchase through UPS. I was just notified by ATT (about four months later) that they did not receive my return and are now charging me for the phone. I have the ups tracking number but that number no longer appears to be connected to my return. What are my options?

UPS?
I know AT&T ships phones out using either FedEx or UPS when they're shipping new phones, I do not believe they use UPS with returns.
I believe when you were sending phones and they go through the postal service and are then picked up by newgistics or Pitney Bowes as a courier service.
Did you perhaps write ups when you met USPS? Are you looking up the track number on the right website?

Thank you! With that info we were able to locate the mailing label and discovered that it was usps. Everything is taken care of; the phone never made it to AT&T but we have proof that we sent it.
