upgrade not credited

i did a up grade for my wifes phone which i turned in her old phone for 800.00 they have recieved it about 3 weeks now and nothing has been credited and i would like to know why also i upgraded my watch to the samsung 42mm classic which i returned about 3 weeks ago and its still on my account as nothing has been credited and im still paying for it i would like these taken care of please you have had plenty of time like 3 weeks worth to do it

You haven’t waited long enough. It takes up to 3 bill cycles for trade in credits to show after ATT receives the trade in. I hope you realize that $800 credit is not in one lump sum. You get it monthly spread out over the length of your phone installment plan. Sorry, can’t help you with the watch. You probably need to call. This forum is not customer support.
