unpaid balance linked to your device
Hi, could you please help me to identify what is the balance to be paid.
I only have the phone (IMEI & Serial Number) I don't have any other information.
When I try to unlock from the AT&T deviceunlock page, I get the following response:
Hmm...looks like there's an unpaid balance linked to your device, so we can't unlock it.
Please I need your help.

If it’s your account, you should be able to call or log into your account and find out what the remaining balance is. If it’s not your account or you bought a second hand phone from someone else, then you’re out of luck. AT&T won’t give you any information on anyone else’s account, including any amounts owed.
