Hello @Praposo3, thank you for reaching back out.

As mentioned by, @dwill05 you will need to wait for the first request to cancel.

It may take 7 business days, or longer, for your request to be processed. If the unlock request is still in progress this means that it is still under review. You will need to wait for the original unlock request to expire before submitting another in our Device Unlock Portal.

Keep in mind, you must confirm your unlock request to complete the process. Once you have completed the request, you can stay updated in our Device Unlock Status help page.

We're here if you have any additional questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Hello @Praposo3, we are here to help with your unlock request.

Please check to see if it was routed to your spam or junk folder. In some instances, you may need to confirm an unlock request via email. In some instances, the email is routed to your primary email folder, in others, it may have been routed to spam. If you're an AT&T customer and the request is associated with an active device on your account, then you don't need to respond to the email. If it's not associated with an active line, then the request will be cancelled after 24 hours if it has not been confirmed.

****Please note that it can take 7 business days or longer to process a Device Unlock request.

Review our article to learn more about ‎AT&T Device Unlock Help.

Let us know if you are able to find your confirmation email in the spam folder. If not, we will be inviting you to a DM to further assist you with this. Thanks!

That “other” request is still your original request.  It’s just sitting there waiting to time out since you didn’t confirm.  Not sure where AT&T gets that it will automatically cancel itself in 24 hours.  That may be a book response, but there is plenty of evidence in postings here that it rarely, if ever, happens after only 24 hours.  More like days or sometimes weeks.
