Unlock request denied despite meeting all eligibility requirements
I paid my phone off early and waited 48 hours before submitting an unlock request using the IMEI number as I have transferred my number to another carrier. It was denied and says "Make sure your device meets our eligibility requirements." I went to an AT&T store and they said it meets the requirements. After retrying multiple times, it said I had to wait 30 days before trying again. I called customer service and they put in a ticket and after two days it was resolved. I submit another unlock request and it was again denied and says to wait 30 days before retrying. The device is an Apple iPhone 13 Pro.
