Unlock iPhone error

Hi

My husband and I have been trying to get our phones unlocked since June 26, 2022.  His phone was unlocked that day, but mine has still not been unlocked. 3 request tickets have been put in. We have left the country and I can only use my phone on WiFi. I need to get a new sim here so I can use my phone. Is there any way to get this phone unlocked as soon as possible?

Have you met all the conditions to unlock your phone including paying off the phone and the balance on your account to a zero balance?  

Have you been denied? What sort of response are you getting when you submit an unlock request?

Yes, my phone is paid off, bill is up to date. My husband and I are on the same plan and his was unlocked the same day he requested. Mine says network difficulties when I go online to attempt it myself. We talked with AT&T before we left the states and they sent on a request. I haven’t gotten a confirmation email from them so I have no reference number.

If you’re now trying to access the unlocking site from outside the US and getting the network error, it’s because your overseas ISP is blocked.  Try using a US based VPN.

I have my sister in the states trying for me and she said she also got a page that says network errors after entering my IMEI number for me.
