Think about switching from AT&T because of order issues
I have been with AT&T since 2006, we have 5 personal lines. I have also 20 business lines (Smart Phones) on my business account. I ordered my Daughter a Iphone6 Plus 128 gig for christmas, and I pre-ordered in sept. The shipping dates had change 3 different, and I had it esculated 3 times to get the issue resolved. The dates switched to Dec. 12- Dec 19, so I was cool with that since I had waited this long. I went to check the status today my order was not to be found, and it had been canceled. The reason they give is that credit card was denied, and I know why. The card was declined because I had switch card companys, but the money for the next plan was already taken out and I have the statement that I paid. I have even called the credit card company to make sure I was not seeing things. So I called at&t back, replaced the order and had to pay for it again, but now I am having to wait till january. I am totally really thinking about canceling all my contracts that I have with At&T, this is very disapointing. What really bothers me the most I received no email, no phone call, no text, nothing that said hey we are trying to process your order, but were unable to do so please contacts to push your order through ect. With that being said I have not received any phone calls from my from my prior complaints, to be honest if this does not get resolved right away, the amount of money I pay them a month will go away really quick.

I would say if you can, if a near by Apple store has the phone that you want in stock. I have noticed lately that Apple has had the phones in stock when AT&T didn't.

verizon has iphone 6plus 128 silver available as of tomorrow! i think that lower storage versions are also available. I just switched today and am so glad.
