They said $350 traide in when it is really $80
When I bought my new iphone at Best Buy, they said that I could get a $350 trade in for my perfect condition old phone: XR/128 GB. I called AT&T for a mailing kit, and they said that I would get $350 for my old phone. They sent me a link to get a mailing kit, and the link said that all I can get is $80. Why do they say $350, when the website will only give you $80?

Because that’s the raw value of the trade in phone. As long as the phone has a trade-in value of between $29-$130, they pay out $350 in credits.
