Text and call tracking

I want to see the text massages and calls from a cell phone on my account. How do I accomplish this?

The ability to track and monitor your text messages and call for any device on your account is a great feature! I definitely enjoy being able to monitor this on my own account. I would be more than happy to show how to use this feature!

 

In order to view the past usage on a device, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Using your tablet or PC, log in to your myAT&T account.
  2. Go to myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > Usage Since Last Bill.
  3. You will see an overview of your recent usage (since last bill).
  4. Select the Billing Period you want to view from the dropdown next to Showing. You can choose from any of the previous 16 billing periods.
  5. To view usage details by device, select the view usage details link located under the member name.
  6. Select Data, Text, or Talk from the View details by drop-down.

 

Please keep in mind, your usage details include the date, time, the amount of data or the number called/texted, but neither the type of data used nor and the actual content of your messages are available.

 

We do attempt to update your usage to your online account as quickly as we can, but in some circumstances usage information may be unavailable or delayed. If all usage information hasn’t been received and posted by myAT&T, the usage amount shown may not fully reflect your actual usage since your last bill. It can take between 2 – 5 business days to show within your account.
