Request for Carrier Visibility

Hi I need help @ATTHelp

  • I bought an iPad pro 12.9 6gen brought from the USA (new), I'm from Europe, I've never used at&t account and there is no way to use it.
  • Ipad paid off and activated by me.
  • My operator's sim is working, but the visibility of my esim operators is being blocked by at&t.
  • After activating ipad, I deleted the at&t plan.

I do not really understand what to do, it seems that the forum helps, thank you

Yes that would be correct, you would have to have an active AT&T account.

Hey AndrewRavenclaw we understand whats going can be fustrating.

 

Currently, in order to submit a carrier visibility you will need to have had service with AT&T.

Contact the at&t store? > I'm not in the USA

Or should I follow the sequence of steps on the site?

@ATTHelp This is problem, I can't register any at&t service-account because I don't have an at&t account\phone number or +1 us number
Is there an option without an account?

However, as shared in my first reply, in order for us to reveal other carriers for your iPad you must have purchased it with an active AT&T account.
