Replacement SIM card onlin

I cannot find anywhere on the website where I can just order a replacement SIM card. The links that have been posted take me to either the 'Shop' but there are no SIM cards there, or to a 'Help' page but that doesn't enable me to order one either. I'm going around and around in circles, it's very frustrating.

Hi @M4cap, we understand wanting to get a replacement SIM quickly, and we'll be happy to help with that.

You can order a prepaid SIM card on our sales page, if you have a prepaid device and service. You can also see how to replace your SIM online, or you can go into a store as well.

Please be aware that SIM card stocks vary depending on the location, so we recommend you use our store locator to find a list of AT&T stores in your area and contact them about their supply of SIM cards.

Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.

Hello Dylan, AT&T Community Specialist,

Your 'order a prepaid SIM card' link just takes me to the store locator page. I was not able to search for SIM cards online and reach the sales page, only the information page, which doesn't have a link to the sales page either. Poor website. Very difficult to find anything. I ended up using the online call feature and ordered one through the rep.
