Order processing ATT won’t cancel
I ordered a phone online to pick up in store. It said same day as they had them I’m stock. 12 hours later the order is still processing. I attempted to cancel the order through customer service and they told me it wasn’t possible. So now they have my money, and my new phone, and I have no options? This makes zero sense. Somebody please help 😬😬😬

Orders are auto-cancelled if not picked up three dates from the order date and your refund will process in 3-5 business days after cancellation. Please be advised that the availability of funds in your account depends on your bank or financial institution. Find out more about Buy Online and Pick Up In Store.

I just ordered an iPhone XS 512gb and now it says wont be available to till June and no one can cancel it! I don’t know what to do!
