Not receiving calls
Many of my calls are going straight to voicemail. The phone is not ringing and I am not receiving missed call notifications. I have turned phone off and on and it is still doing the same thing. I have missed many important calls because of this.

It is not on DND. I've checked airplane mode and that is not on either.

Do you have any call blocking or screening apps like Robokiller or Active Armor? Is Silence Unknown Callers set to ON in the phone settings?

We are here to help you receive calls again on your iPhone, @dballa0226.
We do understand how important it is to get phone calls on your device, so you do not miss out on any more important calls.
Thank you to the ACE's for the help.
We have a few tips you can try. Thank you for letting us know you have tried turning your phone off and on and also check to see if airplane mode and DND is off.
Try resetting your network settings. From the home screen, select the Settings app > General > scroll to and select Transfer or Reset iPhone > select Reset > Reset Network Settings > select Reset Network Settings again to confirm.
You can also try removing your SIM card if you have a physical SIM and reinsert it.
To clarify, you said many of your calls, is it the same caller each time, random callers, saved contacts? This will help us with our next steps.
Also, do you know if these callers are from the same carrier? This will help us determine why your calls are going to voicemail.
In the meantime, you may also visit our Wireless Support tool for step-by-step troubleshooting help. Go to Fix My Wireless > Connection > Phone Calls > and follow the prompts.
We look forward to your response.
