New Esim

I deactivated my physical SIM card for an e-sim, I then deleted my esim because the “use this line” toggle on my iPhone wouldn’t stay green (on). So now I have no sim but I can not access an att store in person to resolve this issue.

Hello, @Nicoledeleo! We understand how frustrating it can be to not have a SIM card.

We recommend replacing your eSIM by using the following steps:

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
  2. Scroll to My devices.
  3. Choose Manage for the device that needs a new eSIM.
  4. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM.
  5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.

If you followed these steps and unable to complete the process, we do recommend visiting your local AT&T Store to get a QR code to download your eSIM.

We hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns.
