Moving to the Philippines in April
I have the iPhone 13Pro and an iPad Air on the monthly pay plan inside a family plan that I am account holder of. However, only I am moving to the Philippines. Can anyone tell me step by step on what to do? How to offload the equipment? Unlock them?
Boy, so glad I am doing it this early, I would hate to get there and be all messed up as some previous posters have been.

You just need to cancel the phone and iPad lines. If you wish to keep your US number, you can port it to google voice. Porting will cancel it on ATT and you will be able to continue using that number from the Philippines. If you want someone else to become the account owner, you need to process a transfer of billing responsibility: https://att.com/tobr
If your iPhone is paid off, you can unlock it now: https://att.com/deviceunlock
If it’s not paid off, highly suggest you pay it off and unlock before you cancel the line.

Fortunately both the iPad and the iPhone will work anywhere in the world. If you think you're going to want to use the iPad on Cellular in the Philippines make sure you request carrier visibility now. AT&T is an absolute nightmare when it comes to this, and you may have to make an FCC complaint to get them to respond. (The physical SIM card is unlocked, but the embedded SIM card is tied to AT&T.)
You can pay off and unlock your phone at any time.

Sometime I hate technology.
Sometimes I love it.
That was not one of those time.
