Looks like your IMEI and phone number don't match. Check your info and try again

I keep getting this error, when I try to unlock my iPhone 6. It has already been paid off and checked to make sure I typed in the IMEI code correctly.

Has the device been active on the AT&T network for at least 60 days with no past due or unpaid balance? Find out more about our device unlock eligibility requirements.

Yes, the device is active within the past 60 days with no unpaid or past due balances. Other devices on the same plan can be unlocked just fine, except this device.
