Issue with getting my Apple Watch on cellular
I attempted twice yesterday to get my Apple Watch set up for cellular.
once just using Apple Watch tools and second using a customer support person. Both times I have ended with an error message. The customer support person assigned me a case number for the back office.
how do I check the status of this case?

Hi @2wahoos1819, we do know getting the status of your case can be very important.
When a case has already been created you will be contacted by the team when a resolution is made.
