iPhone 6s no service

hey, 

i have a te a brand new iPhone 6s.  I got it for my wife who is in Serbia, so am I. Both of us got new iPhones for when we are back in the states.  I got them in Colorado.  Both worked fine in Colorado.  Now that we are in Serbia, mine works great, but my wife's says that there is no service.
