Im trying to unlock devices already paid but they are stuck in database

Im trying to unlock devices that are already paid and does not have any contract but these are rejected because the IMEIs numbers are stuck in the AT&T Database, how can I fix it for each IMEI number ?

Huh?  Stuck in AT&T data base makes no sense.  Explain better?

@Simoboxing80  Can you explain your problem?  No one here is sure what “stuck in database” means and the OP didn’t answer.  If you mean the IMEI isn’t in the database, then you only option is to call AT&T and have them manually research the IMEI.
