I need the trade in kit sent to me

They did not send trade-in kit after my upgrade. Need kit to obtain credit. How do I get the kit sent?

How long since your upgrade? When I upgraded during the summer, took about two weeks for the return envelope to arrive.

We can definitely help you with your request, @marcyllshopping1.

We understand how time sensitive your trade-in is and want to make sure you get the label you need. Generally you'll get the 'trade-in kit' by mail 5 days after new device activation.

If its been more than 5 days simply visit select Request shipping materials and provide your trade-in confirmation number which can be found on the email when sent when you placed your upgrade.
