I cannot upgrade as my orders KEEP GETTING CANCELLED!

I have uploaded my passport AND my driver's license to prove I am who I say I am, and have tried FOUR TIMES to upgrade my phone.

This doesn't make any sense: why would someone try to upgrade my phone using my credit card and send it TO MY HOUSE?

This is incredibly frustrating.

I have been a longtime AT&T customer, but this is making me question that decision.

Please help.

When you place an order everything is cross checked. The credit card used to pay, with the address of record, with your passport and your driver's license etc. Anything doesn't check out the order gets canceled. And if the order's already been canceled more than once there's a red flag set up and basically you're not getting a phone mailed to you. You're just not. If you want a phone either buy it directly from the manufacturer, or go to a physical store and purchase that way.
