How to unlock phone I bought from an ATT customer?
I am not ATT customer. I bought a phone from someone online as an unlocked phone but latter found that it is locked with ATT. My question is how to unlock it. I want to pay any remaining charges to unlock it but att website needs me to login to my account first to proceed with the unlock process. As I mentioned I am not an ATT customer and do not have an account. Hope you can help!

Put your request in as a non customer. Sorry, the phone will not be unlocked if it hasn’t been paid off and only the original owner can pay it off. You can not pay it off.
