How to request password for secure wifi network on my iphone

This is an easy q I'm sure. But I don't use wifi, so not for me.

I need to activate a wifi network to upgrade my iPhone SE to IOS 16.

I turn on wifi on my phone and only see 2 secure networks available.

How do I request a passwd to connect to one of these in order to get my ios upgrade downloaded.

And are there charges for connecting to a secure wifi network?

The two secure networks I see are: FiOS-3MOJI and FiOS-3MOJI-5g

Well you were honest when you said you don't use Wi-Fi, because that's not how any of this works. I don't know whose FiOS networks those are, but neither of them would be available to you unless the owner of those networks is willing to provide you with their Wi-Fi network key.

You might want to go to a local Starbucks or McDonald's. Most of those will have a public Wi-Fi that you can access. When you get to Starbucks or McDonald's you can ask them. How do I connect to your Wi-Fi. They should be able to direct you on your phone so that you can connect. There's probably not going to be a password, just an online agreement form.

You will need to bring a charger or be able to connect to wireless charging in both of those places. Because Apple updates require Wi-Fi as well as being plugged in to charge.
