Finding an old voice mail greeting

i had a voicemail that was from when i was younger and i recently changed it but my mom want to get a recording how do i get it back

If you replaced it, the older recording was overwritten and gone.

@formerlyknownas is correct about you not being able to recover an old voicemail greeting once it has been changed. Our only suggestion would be to record a new one that sounds identical to the one you'd like to recover. 

 

To change or record your voicemail greeting from your wireless phone:

  1. Press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
  2. Enter your voicemail password if prompted.
  3. In the Main Menu, press 4 for Personal Options.
  4. Press 3 to Change Greetings.
  5. Follow the voice prompts to record a personal greeting.
