Factory Unlock
I bought iPhone 14 Pro Max in Pakistan pin Packed. I wasn’t aware this is contracted phone by AT&T, i bought it a month ago. I want to know how i can unlock it to use any sim card?

Use the unlock portal: https://att.com/deviceunlock
However, since ATT locked phones are not sold in Pakistan, it is doubtful the phone will meet the requirements to be unlocked.

it shows someone who buys the phone didn't pay any amount to ATT, i am willing to pay but i dont know how to pay ? can you please help me?

Only the person who owes the money to AT&T can pay the phone off. You aren’t able to pay it off, and AT&T won’t tell you any information about who the original owner is or how much is owed. There is nothing you can do.
