email unlock confirmation never arrived
Hi, more than 3 days ago I requested to unlock my cell phone, the confirmation email never arrived, I am trying to unlock again after 24 hours and confirmation email never arrived. I NEED SUPPORT TO BE ABLE TO REQUEST THE UNLOCK. Thanks

If you buy a phone from someone that says it can be easily unlocked, the question should be, if it’s so easy, why didn’t they unlock it themselves before selling it to you?

I have the same problem. I paid of my phone to switch to a different carrier. Went to the unlock portal, put in all my info and never receive any email to unlock my phone!!!!

@nguyenngocdiem211 total wast of time !!! ATT unlock portal still not fully operational since more than 1 month. called ATT no one can help !!! very disappointed
