Download at&t photo storage to external hard drive

Is there a way to select all the photos I want to download to an external hard drive?

Hey there jpaceusf, we want to help you select all your photos, so you can transfer them at one time.

 

Learn more on how to manage AT&T Personal Cloud content. You can use our device support tool to get help for your specific phone, just select the make and model of your device.

 

To select all photos on an Apple device:

  1. Open "Photos > All Photos"
  2. tap "Select"
  3. Go down to the bottom of "All Photos" then tap the last photo.
  4. it will take some time to select all photos this way.

Steps to select all Google photos on an Android Device:

  1. Go to Google Photos.
  2. Tap hold the picture you want to select.
  3. Scroll down to the end to select other photos without lifting your finger.
  4. The number of selected photos will show up at the top-left of your screen.

I am looking for how to select all photos in the AT&T Photo storage app?  is there a way  to do this instead of one at a time?
