Disable this eSIM operator.

Hello! I bought an Iphone 14 Pro Max, I would like to disconnect from your operator eSim, since I want to switch to a new operator in Russia.

Hi Albert74, we want to help you disable AT&T eSIM on your iPhone 14 Pro Max!

We recommend deleting SIM information.

For embedded Apple SIM:

  • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings > Erase iPad.
  • Users are presented with a choice to maintain or delete SIM information.
  • To maintain cellular network connectivity, select Erase All and Keep Data Plans.
  • To delete cellular network profile and cancels connectivity, select Erase All
  • Heads up! This action does not cancel the active plan associated with the SIM at the carrier.

For eSIM-based iPads:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular Data > swipe left on your listed plan to reveal a "Remove" button, select Remove OR,
  • Go to Settings > Cellular Data > Manage AT&T Account > Remove Plan.
  • The Remove plan function deletes cellular network profile and cancels connectivity.
  • Heads up! This action does not cancel the active plan associated with the SIM. You still need to cancel the subscription with the carrier (AT&T or others). To do so, call us or reach back out to us here on AT&T Community Forums and we'll bring you in private to help you cancel.

Let us know if this helps! Thank you for reaching out to us on AT&T Community Forums!
