Delivered to wrong address

I just ordered the new 15. When placing the order I ensured I put the address i am currently residing at. When I checked my shipping status today, i saw that my phone would be delivered to my old address because it is the billing address on the account. I contacted fedex to try and reroute my package but they are unable to because ATT has restricted it. I cannot get in contact with ATT and the package delivers today.

So why didn't you change your billing address if that's not where you live?  That's the only legitimate address that AT&T sends deliveries to

So you have family members, roommates etc still living at the old address? They will have to ship the phone to you. They should ship it insured for its full value and you can pay for it

Since you’ve mentioned that you are away from the billing address for 6 months due to training. AT&T sends deliveries to the only legitimate address. (Billing address)

You can contact our order team at 844-791-6125 to cancel the order and re-order, or you can ask someone from the billing address to ship it to your new address.
