Complaint against Store Employee

What are the proper channels that need to be taken to file a formal complaint against an in-store AT&T employee?

There should be a number and name on the window or door with the owners name and number. Could be an individual could be a large company owning many locations

First step is to find out if it’s an authorized retailer or a corporate store.

There is no formal complaint process. Either contact the store manager or file a complaint through the BBB. Be aware that employees in authorized retail stores are not ATT employees. Authorized retail stores are independently owned and operated.
