Changing color prior to shipping

If you want something other than what you ordered, you will need to cancel your entire order and start over.

• Visit our Order Management Portal
• Enter your order number and zip code
• Choose Cancel order or Cancel item.

Don’t see a Cancel option then that means your order probably shipped already or is preparing to ship soon. You can still return or exchange it after it's delivered.

You can’t change an existing order.  You’ll have to cancel the order and then do a new order, which goes to the back of the line for getting filled.
