Changed my phone number less than a month ago. Need it back

So I changed my phone number like an (Edited per community guidelines) before I changed all my email accounts with two step verification.  I messaged att and they said the number isn’t available, but I think it’s still registered to me, because when I do a public search is comes back my name AT&T.  And aren’t they typically hold numbers for 90 days?  Help I have really important info on these emails and can’t verify without the number.  I even tried calling and texting my old number but it just rings and nobody responds

We are here to help you with changing back to your old phone number, @Zdubzz.

We do understand how important it is to get your number back to access your email accounts.

The only way to get that specific number back is to perform a number reversal. However, there is no guarantee that we can retrieve and activate a previously changed number.

It is possible that phone numbers may become unavailable immediately after being changed due to a number of factors including porting and recycling needs.

The number has to be an AT&T number, number ported in from other carriers go back to carrier and AT&T can not retrieve them.

Let us know if the phone number was an AT&T phone number or was it ported in from another carrier? This will help us with our next steps.

We look forward to your response.
