Can’t select installment plan when trying to upgrade

My current phone is 100% paid off but I am still unable to select an installment plan when I attempt to upgrade

Hello Chrisdauk, we're here to help you with why you're not able to upgrade with an installment plan. 


By accessing the following link provided, you'll be able to see Upgrade Eligibility Requirements as well as more information on How to Initiate or Check Your Device's Eligibility


Other reasons why the installment option may not be available is due to late payments in the last 6 months, or your internal credit rating has dropped.
