Can’t access my account

My phone was stolen about a week ago, and I’ve tried getting a new one but I had forgotten my 4 digit pin. I’ve tried all I could think of. And I am unable to receive a temporary pin as my phone number is the only one on the account. I’ve called AT&T customer service and have went to multiple store locations but they weren’t to do anything about it. At the time of making my account I used my military ID as it was the only form of ID so they can’t scan it in order access my account. I am at a loss.

There is a way you can reset your 4 digit PIN to replace your stolen phone, Miguel_78!

 

Visit your nearest AT&T Corporate Store and present your valid government-issued photo ID, which includes a driver's license, or even a passport.

 

To find the AT&T Corporate Store near you, simply visit the AT&T Store Locator, select FILTER, then Company Owned Stores. The representatives at the store should be able to assist you with resetting your PIN so that you can order a replacement phone.
