Can’t access my account
My phone was stolen about a week ago, and I’ve tried getting a new one but I had forgotten my 4 digit pin. I’ve tried all I could think of. And I am unable to receive a temporary pin as my phone number is the only one on the account. I’ve called AT&T customer service and have went to multiple store locations but they weren’t to do anything about it. At the time of making my account I used my military ID as it was the only form of ID so they can’t scan it in order access my account. I am at a loss.
