Cannot Unlock eSIM from Network


I have emailed both Mrs. N..dt and Ha…n at the Office of the President about this, after having filed an FCC complaint earlier in 2022, but no one has resolved my matter. I simply need a “request/case” submitted to the “back end” for “carrier visibility/carrier reveal” for iPad Pro 5th Gen 12.9” 2TB  (2021). 

The IMEI is available upon request.
Please do this expeditiously as I have purchased this device outright, yet, the eSIM remains locked to the AT&T network. I have been asking for nine months. 
Case#: CM202209##_1######31 from phone request submitted.
