Can someone please help me? Call history, I need to find outgoing calls made on November 8 ,9,10 from my parents ATT cell phone

After a 15 minute wait and talking to a person with a heavy accent in India who was no help at all, and i got cut off i am an desperate need of help.

As i stated in the title i need to find my outgoing calls for  November 8 ,9,10 from my iPhone. The ATT website is a disaster to navigate i tired using this ATT page, i am using a windows 11 computer and not the cell phone.

https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-voice/KM1001418

the article points me to a " Call History tab. " and no such exists. Please can someone give me a URL that works.

OR a phone number with someone that speaks English without a heavy Indian accent that i can understand?

I'm really frustrated and need help please.

Thank you.

The link you provided says U-verse, that's not your cellular account that's home phone.

You want to log into your cellular account or your parents cellular account.  You may find the My ATT app easier to navigate then the website . You can access myatt application on your phone

When you log in and look at your billing page which includes all of the bill information in blue which means that everything is clickable. Down below that billing section you'll see three columns with a variety of things you can click on and one of them should say "usage".

You can also click on your individual device on the devices screen and then click on the options for your device which will include the option to see your usage.

The link you posted is for UVERSE VOICE (Digital Home Phone Service, not wireless (cellphone) service.
