Can not use Cellular data on SE Iphone
Hi, 2 of phone numbers in the plan can’t access to the internet and use cellular data 5G, both are SE iPhone. I already tried to reset network but it doesn’t work.

Check to make sure that your data is turned on by going to your plan to activate usage.

Are you also unable to make phone calls or send and receive regular SMS text messages? That might indicate that the SIM card is not activated. Have you activated the SIM card in both phones?
If you are getting a pop error on that phone that is a point of purchase error which means it was not scanned out properly at the point of sale.
If you do have a point of purchase error you have to call at&t, provide them with the information on your sales receipt and they can unblock the phone.
