Can I remove my cell phone from the blacklist?

I bought a used phone and it had a black list. I want to know if you can remove the blacklist without being the original owner.

Unfortunately no. Phones can only be removed from The Blacklist by whomever it was to put it on The Blacklist in the first place. Since you bought it used, it's very likely the person that sold it either knew it was on The Blacklist, or was not the original owner had no right to own it or sell it.

Depending on where you bought it there may be some protection for you if it was advertised as being a working phone, and is not. PayPal, ebay, and swappa all have support for purchases that are not as advertised.
