We know that this is something important to you. We'll help to get this sorted.
If the order is already in progress you'll not be able to make any changes to your order. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
But, you can feel free to contact our ecommerce department at 866.267.4510 if the order is not progress or shipped. There hours of operation are from 8AM -12AM M-F and 8AM- 8PM Saturday and Sunday. They should be able to make those changes for you.

In my experience, AT&T does not change orders after they are placed and in the system. You’ll likely have to cancel and reorder. I wouldn’t wait on that, because there may only be a limited time window for you to cancel.
