Calls, Texts & Data randomly going out (iPhone 13)
I have had this iPhone 13 for the last six months. Yesterday suddenly I noticed I had no bars, could not make calls or send texts. Essentially only able to use WiFi, though WiFi calling wouldn't even work. Contacted AT&T and used their suggestion to restart Network Settings and/or take the SIM card in and out. And it worked!
....Until several hours later I had the same issue again. And again. Contacted AT&T and was informed they will run a report (although I'm seeing others on this forum say they were told the same thing and were never contacted again about the matter). Now I'm basically having to restart my phone and remove the SIM card every few hours.
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this issue. It doesn't appear there are any outages in my area. Could it be a SIM card error? Thanks in advance!

Hello @alliemiller22, we definitely understand the importance of staying connected.
A SIM card is a microchip that is inserted into a compatible device. It identifies and connects you to a wireless network. If you are experiencing a disruption in your services this may indicate that the SIM card may need to be replaced.
You can get SIM card kits at one of our stores, online through att.com, or from another online retailer. The kits come with three SIM card sizes. You can use it if you want to bring your own device to AT&T, or if you just need a new physical SIM.
Heads up: If you purchased a device and it came with a new SIM card installed, we suggest using that SIM card. You can then skip this step and check your device or SIM card activation instructions for more details.
If you have a technical ticket submitted it usually takes 3-5 business days to process your request. Let us know if you have any questions, and we'll be happy to meet in a DM to review your report. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Having the very same issue. Called ATT and was basically treated like I’m making this up. I am restarting my phone several times a day to be able to receive or make calls.
