If someone has access to your accounts, it’s because they have the passwords to your accounts as well your Apple/iCloud ID. Change your passwords for AT&T, Apple, email, and whatever else you believe is compromised. The only thing AT&T might be able to help with is changing your AT&T account password, but you should be able to do that yourself.
