Beyond frustrated need a supervisor
Last Friday (12/2) I spent well over 2 hours on the phone to switch to the unlimited plans (had an old grandfathered in one) and ordering new phones and porting one line over from Verizon. Seemed like a good deal with the new unlimited plans and $5 a month iPhone 13s
I noticed that they switched up two of the lines (one premium unlimited with one starter) and called and they said they couldn’t switch it till we get the phones. That’s fine.
Noticed the next day (Tuesday 12/06/2022) that the colors for two of the phones are also wrong. One was supposed to be a green iPhone 13 and one is supposed to be a red. They ordered a blue and a black. Called in and they told me when we get the phones that I can take it to a store and exchange it, and gave me the number to two stores that were near me and supposed to have green and red. I called and one said they can’t exchange it, the next said I had to talk to a corporate store and which were corporate. I called two corporate stores and neither have those colors.
Called back and they said they can cancel the line and order new ones but they’d have to cancel all 4 phones. I said that’s fine I just need to fix this. She was having trouble with the cancel and said she can call me back the next day (Wednesday) and tell me if it worked and reorder the phones. I was like ok great sounds good.
Wednesday came and went, then Thursday. She never called. This morning (Friday 12/09/22) I checked and the orders were canceled and she never called to tell me or reorder. I was frustrated and tried to chat with an agent online this time through the app and it just keeps messing up.
I don’t know what to do at this point and am ready to say screw it and go to Verizon. I have wasted over 5 hours on this mess and it still isn’t fixed. This is absolutely terrible
