AT&T scammed me

I order iPhone 13 today thru a agent, only thing I had to pay was that sale tax which I did but I didn’t receive order number or confirmation, it was stranger that agent said since it a pick up, too give it two hours when it ready to be pick up I will receive my confirmation, I said okey,  two hours  went by I contacted att explain my issue non of they was able to help all 9 of then said I will get my supervisor and right after they said chat was end, I call tell them to refund me, call was hang up on me. I wasted my whole day trying to speak to terrible customer service. I was charge for product that I never got. Which is scam.
