Are accounts really secure with a 4 digit pin? Have there been reported breaches and hacks I was reading about hackers calling it and impersonating someone’s identity then calling in claiming to be that person to access there number and get into there Apple ID and iCloud Also can you call into see if anyone has tried making such changes or breaches please anyone with the knowledge reach out

If the caller knows the pin that means the telephone agent will talk to the caller. It does not give the caller access to the account. ATT has nothing to do with Apple ID’s or iCloud accounts. There is no way to gain access to an iCloud account through ATT.
