Hello @platinumb2003, we're happy to help with troubleshooting steps when your Apple Watch shows a no SIM error.
If you get an alert that says No SIM card installed, follow these steps for common solutions.
Restart your Apple watch then go to the Watch app on your iPhone and follow the prompts to start pairing.
In addition, check for setting updates on your device. You can do this by going to Settings>General>About. If an update is available, you'll see a prompt to select OK or update. Visit Apple Watch Support to learn how to perform the above tasks and more.
If the troubleshooting steps do not work you may need to replace your SIM card in your Apple watch. You can get SIM card kits at one of our stores, online through att.com, or from another online retailer. The kits come with three SIM card sizes. You can use it if you want to bring your own device to AT&T, or if you just need a new physical SIM. We're here if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

I literally did all of this. I didn’t know that my watch was a Verizon one. I was charged 2 times for activation and it never even worked
