App Badge that won’t clear
I have a badge on myatt app that won’t clear. There are no notifications for me in the app or on the website. I deleted the app and re-installed. I turned off the notifications for the app and turned them back on. I powered down my phone and re-started it. I force shutdown my phone and re-started it. The red circle is still there. It’s driving me crazy. Please help.

Well no help has come in here or from AT&T customer service. They even tried to get rid of it for me. I just turned off the notifications for their app.

Unfortunate. Seeing that your question has gone unanswered. I asked separately and was told that it’s an Apple problem - and somehow turning off notifications altogether, deleting recent AND missed phone calls, rebooting and enabling notifications should do the trick. It didn’t.
