4 IPHONE 11's were added to my account on Sept 8, 2022. THIS WAS DONE FRAUDULENTLY

Sept 8, 2022 4 IPHONE 11's were added to my account without my permission, we have a business account with ATT.  I spoke with Michael Wed 8th of March 2023, he saw it and advised me that it definitely looked like fraud. he told me to file a fraud inquiry, which I did and the next day I got a response saying it was deemed legitimate and I was responsible!  THIS IS INSANE, IT CLEARLY IS FRAUD, I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and will sue if needed. I added up the fraudulent charges, they come to $956.04, I expect a refund and I want these devices off my account now. I have spent hours on trying to resolve this, call after call, the fraud line doesn't even pick up, the 611 line is busy due to high call volume. I am sick over this.

Confused. It took 6 months for you to notice that 4 additional phones were added to your business account?

Filing a complaint with the BBB is your best bet because that will go straight to Corporate and you will be contacted by someone from the Office of the President. Hopefully they can resolve the issue. Just have all of your paperwork and/or documentation on hand. Suing AT&T will get you nowhere because of the Binding Arbitration Agreement you agreed to when signing up for service from AT&T. That's a common practice with all providers.

yes, it took me that long, no need to be snarky ..I don't scrutinize this bill as much as my others bills, it sounds crazy but i have so many bills running through my office and only that I logged in to add international did I then see them.  I clearly am not the only one, I've read many posts about this. Hopefully, I can reach someone by phone tomorrow, reaching them by phone and/or getting someone competent has been impossible.

Not trying to be snarky but 6 months is a long time to finally realize that there is something wrong with your account. If somebody did get enough of your personal or business information to fraudulently order phones then 6 months is along time for them to disappear. Have you checked your cc's and other accounts for questionable activity? File a complaint with the BBB. Trying to call someone who can actually resolve your issue is highly unlikely. You'll probably get shunted around Support.
