No, it doesn't even look like they charged my sales tax to my bank account either.

They charged the sales tax whenever I preordered the phones, but then it fell off the account Tuesday, so now I’m waiting to see when ATT charges the sales taxes again, as my usual indicator for when they are ready to ship, lets hope! 

But then again I had horrible luck when this happened to the apple watches

Hi there. I was wondering if I preordered the iPhone 12 under a new monthly data plan, when would my first month bill be due? Would it be (if I did it today the 21st) next months 21st or would it start from the day I receive and activate my phone?

I preordered mine at 7:55am est on 10/16 and now my payment doesn’t show in my bank account but my order says order in progress. Should I be worried?

@Baanderson those are pre authorized tax charges that fall off your bank statement after 3-4 business days and once your order ships, they authorize your method of payment again.  

I got my tracking info, it has shipped and will be here tomorrow!

I ordered an iPhone 12 yesterday and the order said "expected delivery between 10/29/2020 and 11/05/2020".  If you order today, it looks like that's rolled back one day.

This happens with every preorder.  Phones, tablets, watches.  I think the preorder crowd (me included, maybe) enjoys this part of it. 

Sometimes, you can actually get a product faster by going to the store and buying it on release day.  Yet, we still preorder...

I just got my tracking from fedex this morning. It will be delivered tomorrow.
